It consists of two production lines for canning sardines and tuna with the latest modern machines and equipment with a high degree of skill and quality in manufacturing according to the recognized international quality standards. The stages of fish manufacturing are represented by (receiving fish - defrosting fish - sorting - weighing - removing entrails - cleaning - salting - preliminary cooking - adding sauce or brine - welding and closing metal containers - marketing). After completing the manufacturing process, the canning factory waste is reused in the production of fish powder by another additional unit designed to manufacture fish powders and fish oils according to the recognized health standards. The tuna and sardine production lines are supervised by a group of specialists with extensive experience in the field of fish canning with a daily production capacity exceeding 52,857 cans per day, 17,857 cans of tuna and 35,000 cans of sardines.
